Delivery

Accra: same-day for orders placed before 16:00, GHS 30.00. Orders after 16:00 go out next morning.
Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and the regions: 2 working days, sent via VIP, GHS 50.00.
Collection: free from the IBA Airport Shop, ready within 1 hour of your order confirmation.

Our rider calls you on the day with an estimated arrival time. Please have someone available to receive the parcel; a second delivery attempt may be charged.

Check it at the door

Open the parcel while the rider is there. If anything is damaged, wrong or not what you ordered, hand it straight back — no questions, and nothing to pay. Cash-on-delivery customers pay nothing; MoMo and card payments are refunded the same day.

14-day returns

Changed your mind? Return any unopened, sealed product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Bring it to the Airport shop or ask us to collect (collection is charged at the delivery rate). For hygiene and safety we cannot take back skincare, haircare or fragrance that has been opened, used or unsealed, unless it is faulty.

Faulty products are covered whatever the state of the seal: contact us with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid — MoMo to the same wallet, card to the same card — within 2 working days of the return reaching us. Delivery fees are refunded when the return is our fault.

Payment

MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Visa and Mastercard through Payswitch, or cash on delivery in Accra. Prices are in Ghana cedis and include VAT.
