Privacy

The short version: we keep what we need to deliver your order, we never see your card number, and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

To fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email, what you bought, and how you paid. To pay: your mobile-money number or card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Payswitch; we never see or store full card numbers. On this site: your wishlist and cart are kept in your own browser until you check out, and basic technical logs (pages visited, device type) that help us keep the site working.

What we use it for

Delivering and supporting your order, contacting you about it, meeting our legal and tax obligations, and — only if you opt in — sending you our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the people who need it to serve you: our delivery riders (name, address, phone), our payment provider, and our hosting provider.

You join by choice and leave by choice: every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to us and we will remove you within 48 hours.

How long we keep it

Order records for six years, as Ghanaian tax law requires. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Browser storage (wishlist, cart) stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by a licensed provider, and access to order data is limited to staff who need it.
